FAQ

I am not in Auckland. Can I arrange someone to pick it up? Or, can you arrange the delivery?
  • Yes. Picking up is available and free of charge.
  • Yes. We can arrange nationwide delivery.
What are the sliding gate tails for?
  • For example, if the gap between two posts is 3000mm. The best-fit gate is 3100mm (width) with 400mm top and bottom tails or a 3500mm without tails.
  • The top tail is for the rollers, and the bottom tail is for the motor. Although the 3500mm gate does not have the tails, the 400mm extension is the same as tails.
Do you do installation?
  • Yes, we have installation teams.
Do you provide installation warranty?
  • Yes, we provide a 2 years installation warranty for free.
Do you do wiring?
  • Yes, we have electricians. COC will be provided.
I accept your quote, but I can do part of work such as install the post. So, can I do that part and leave the rest to you?
  • Yes.

  • Yes.
How can I confirm my order?
  • Once the quote has been accepted. We will provide the official invoice. Please make a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The rest payment will be paid before delivery, when pick up, or after installation.​ ​
