I am not in Auckland. Can I arrange someone to pick it up? Or, can you arrange the delivery?
  • Yes. Picking up is available and free of charge.
  • Yes. We can arrange nationwide delivery.
What are the sliding gate tails for?
  • For example, if the gap between two posts is 4100mm. The best-fit gate is 4200mm (width) with 300mm top and bottom tails or a 4500mm without tails.
  • The top tail is for the rollers, and the bottom tail is for the motor. Although the 4500mm gate does not have the tails, the 300mm extension part is the same as tails.
Do you do installation?
  • Yes, we have installation teams.
Do you provide installation warranty?
  • Yes, we provide a 1-year installation warranty for free.
Do you do wiring?
  • Yes, we have electricians. COC will be provided.
I accept your quote, but I can do part of work such as install the post. So, can I do that part and leave the rest to you?
  • Yes.

How can I confirm my order?
  • Once the quote has been accepted. We will provide the official invoice. Please make a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The rest payment will be paid before delivery, when pick up, or after installation.​ ​
